DS115

Part of the Furniture
New single bay low end NAS, DS115.
With a USB3 backup it would be fine for lots of users.
Dual core CPU.

I wonder what it costs?

Here is an offer of about $170, in Germany:

This is a neat product because the Marvell Armada 375 (Cortex A9 cpu) is a nice step up from the Armada 370 (Cortex A7 cpu) in other super low end Synology products.

Also 512 megabytes (oops not gigabytes) of ram is just enough to do 64 gigabytes of "SSD caching" for an external eSata hard drive plugged into this device. Seems like a nice entry point to the megaworld of Synology software.
