Dynamic DNS - unable to complete the job

Hi,

I have had to reset my router, and I am setting up the dynamic DNS again - I have a mynetgear hostname, provided by No IP. When I enter the details in the Dynamic DNS page on the router, I get an error which says: "Unable to complete the job, reason:" - but no reason is given.

I think I have seen this before, and cannot remember how I got around it. Has anyone else seen it? I am using Voxel's latest firmware. The router is a R7800.

Hi,

Just select No-IP.com as the provider and give your details like for Netgear and it will be working fine...
