Editing DDNS Providers Through SSH?

uninvitedguest

New Around Here
I'm running a ZenWifi AC CT8, which unfortunately looks like it will never receive AsusWRT-Merlin, so I am wondering if it is possible to edit the DDNS providers in the stock firmware through Telnet or SSH? I'd be happy to have some from the existing list have their details swapped with something like Cloudflare. I did some poking around while connected to the router and found some potentially relevant files in /www:

Advanced_ASUSDDNS_Content.asp
DDNS_info.asp
ajax_ddnscode.asp

Unfortunately, I am only learning when it comes to poking around with the shell. When I try to open any of the files in vi it pulls up blank.

I'm curious if anyone has had any success going this route.
