Recently my main router AC5300 has encountered an issue.
I am using comcast. Out of sudden starting on Wed, the internet is not connectable.
If I login to the router, i can see it is able to obtain a WAN IP. The led light for internet is normal. I also checked my modem, which is netgear, all lights are green.
I have done the following, but no success
asked the comcast to send my modem refresh signals, couple times.
restarted my router many times.
restored the router settting to default
upgrade the router firmware to the most recent one 384.xx.
I can ping comcast dns 75.75.75.75, but can't ping google dns server 8.8.8.8
May I know what could be the problem?
