amtm error - client_loop: send disconnect: Broken pipe

I just went into amtm to check for updates, selected 'u' and just after checking Entware, it sent this message and crashed.
reboot the router?

amtm has no function called client_loop. I wonder where it comes from.
It appears to come from the SSH client or an SSH terminal session.
Log out and back in with your client and run the update check again in amtm.
