Hello! I have an RT-AX88U PRO running Merlin firmware 3006.102.4. I'm trying to use the Dual WAN feature for failover between WAN connections. I'm seeing an interesting issue where if one be logged into the web admin screens from a device on the LAN (either wifi or hard wired), Ethernet LAN shows as an option in the Basic Config section of WAN - Dual WAN screen as expected.
If one were to be accessing the router admin screens via WireGuard VPN, the Ethernet LAN options are missing from both the Primary and Secondary WAN menus. Additionally, if one configures the device with Ethernet LAN from LAN side by hardwired in or wifi, then access router admin screens via Wireguard VPN, the dropdown shows a blank menu option which appears to represent that the Ethernet LAN is the selection. Have not tried to click Apply button with the blank menu option for concern of impacting the config while remote from the device.
I have only tested this with WireGuard VPN.
Is this a known bug? Any known workarounds other than being physically on the LAN side of router?
