I doubt it. Skynet lives in the raw table of iptables, before any other tables or chains get evaluated.

What's the point of running skynet, only to allow traffic flow of blocked source (blocked = malware/ suspected-malware).

If that computer is on your main network sees that you should just do away with skynet altogether.
