Experiencing constant lag due to interupt moderatoion

Hello. While gaming I'm experiencing a high amount of Interrupt Moderation. I'm using an Intel Pro PT dual port adapter, an i7 920 @ 4Ghz, & a GTX 670. I've set my moderation rate to minimal and done other things to reduce my CPU utilization via the network adapter but it's still there. Also on a RT N66U

What can I do?

Is there a way to completely omit all CPU utilization?

I'm ignorant when it comes to networking.

EDIT: are there any network analyzers to help me view what's going on er anything?
