Firmware simple review

Thought it might be useful to a lot of new/current user. I'll start with;

Stock Asuswrt 3.0.0.4-206 = Stable, super quick web page loading

Honorable mention 1.0.1.8L = another reliable firmware for me that didnt give me drops, also the minidlna works like a charm. just didnt like i have to install download master on my pc to use it.

Padavan 3.0.3.2-032v = It loaded with transmission 2.75 and xupnpd for streaming iptv. web pages dont load as fast though. sometimes 5ghz drop after a couple of days.

Padavan 1.1.2.6-018 = its an ipv4 only but thats all i need, so far its my favourite recent padavan build. web pages load fine(not as good as the .206 but better than -032v). But this firmware is still dropping wireless after a day or two when using transmission 24/7.

those are some firmware i have been using back and forth but im still looking for other firmware that works without constant reboot and lag. i hope you guys can share yours too.

yes i did. i dont have any problem with it either. im not sure if there is a difference, but its not as snappy as 206. thats just my opinion.
didnt like the 317 and 318 due to dns and minidlna problem

Media Server is not working in .318 version ?

it is, but it will crash when i use it. also dns dont work

Too bad ... anything useful in the log ? Hope Asus fix it soon.

I am runnig 1.0.1.8.f. Media Server is pretty good for me in this version. I have tried .206, but wireless was very instable ... Media Server is very important to me. So I guess I will wait Asus to fix Media Server in this version

have you tried 260? or padavan 032v

Sorry ... I mean .260 that is very instable. I have not tried Padavan 032v. Wich one do you think is better ? Padavan 032v or .206 beta ?
