Flash drive for storage with Orbi+Voxel

I currently use an external drive with my Orbi, but I’m thinking of moving the drive to another device. Is anyone using a USB flash drive (those thumb keys) to store settings and other data? I use the external storage for settings and Aegis.

I’m wondering of any issues or limitations before I go there.

For your data it will work the same way as your external drive, but it will be less reliable and some thumb drives heat up quite a bit in operation.
