FlexQoS FlexQos on Latest Stock FW

Since QOS is totally broke on merlin 386.XXX for a AX86u right now Im stuck using stock. Played around with flexqos scripts this morning. Have it up and running on stock. Obviously config file has to be edited manually. Seems to be working.
