Sorry, I meant service name. Actually, I only want to access my server when I am on the LAN using an FQDN and an SSL cert.Sorry, I don't understand what you're trying to do. There is no "username" or FQDN on the port forwarding page.
Please explain in more detail.

I previously (until last year) used this method to create a FQDN entry of my DDNS record to allow me to access this URL from the LAN, like if I was outside, without having to create a hotspot with my cell phone or manually change the host file locally on each computer I had.
I don't use it anymore but it worked well.
