From AC87U-380.65.9_HGG-FINAL to AC87U Merlin-380.69_0

Can I change from FW 380.65.9 HGG-FINAL without problem to FW Merlin 380.69.0 on my AC87U.

Yes, but I recommend doing a factory default reset and manually reconfigure it, not knowing what differences exist between the two.
