PSA to give something back, in case anyone here wants to snag one while it's cheap. This is the lowest I've ever seen it (got my first one last year while on sale for $180).
Today, I saw the AX86U Pro is selling for $169.99 on Amazon and B&H Photo (already backordered on NewEgg). Realizing it's not Wi-Fi 7, but its replacement (BE86U) isn't fully Wi-Fi 7 either (missing the high band).
I expect these are probably being clearanced out to make room for newer models. MicroCenter had stopped carrying it a while ago, which was a harbinger.
I first saw it on Amazon yesterday at this price, and just now it was changed to state "Limited time deal" (wasn't there yesterday at the same reduced price) -- so it could end any time now.
It's been my main AiMesh node and working great! If all you need is a super solid WiFi 6 router, or want one as a spare or extra mesh node, I'd say snag it now. I really like the upright small form factor.
