GeForce NOW QoS setting on fiber?

Do any of the GeForce QoS settings make sense to enable on fiber connections if you use GeForce? I know QoS is actually detrimental on gigabit connections but what do the GeForce settings do? There is GeForce NOW QoS mode under QoS which you need to enable QoS for, so I'm guessing I don't want that, and

which doesn't seem to require QoS to be enabled?

no i just left it at Enable GeForce NOW QoS UPnP control to yes qos to off

If you are a gamer and your clients have Geoforce Now leave it on. Otherwise turn it off.
UPnP should also be off. Security risk!
