GT-AX11000 route command or asus problem?

Hello everyone!
Sorry if the question has been asked many times but I can't figure it out.
I have this router asus gt-ax11000 with latest merlin firmware 3004.388.8.2 (replacing the gt-ax6000 burned by the storm) and timhub ( provider TIM router) configured as a pure modem. They are connected in cascade and I want to reach the timhub interface. Before, everything worked and after I changed router and kept the same configuration, where possible, I can no longer reach the timhub login screen. For the rest the internet works.
So, timhub configuration:
fixed ip 192.168.10.1
dhcp no, nat no, upnp yes, wifi no, only connection to tim provider like a modem.
AX11000 (ip router 192.168.1.2)
wan connection pppoe
ip 192.168.10.2 (ip of the asus for connection of pppoe)
gw 192.168.10.1 (ip of the tim modem)
dns wan 192.168.10.1/8.8.8.8
in the lan settings of the ax11000, ip 192.168.1.2
route menu set like this 192.168.1.0/ 255.255.255.0/ 192.168.10.0/ LAN
and so, BEFORE, from firefox I accessed the tim modem interface.
Now it doesn't work anymore. What has changed if it worked until yesterday?
What secret menus or configurations does this ax11000 hide?

i don't know about tim hub , but the router modem supplied by my ISP I can no longer reach the modem/router interface once it was put in bridge mode
 
no, mine works normally as a pure modem with its public IP and manages the telephone part, the second router connects to the modem via ppoe and acquires another public IP. however everything works except that from the asus I can't see the modem while with the old router everything worked.

edit: I checked the wan settings of the tim hub but there are no settings as it is remotely managed. I only see ppp connection ok. I can only change the nat / upnp / dhcp / wifi / dmz / lan. if I use the old ac68u with the same current configuration I can access the modem.

After several searches in the forums I discovered that the timhub does not have the bridge mode, but it is not needed anyway, the timhub (like any TIM router) has the pppoe-passthrough active by default and can be left as it is without touching any settings. On the cascaded router a new PPPoE connection must be created towards the provider, in this way the timhub and the cascaded router "go out" on the internet with two different and independent public IPs (only possible with TIM), eliminating the double NAT (the asus will be connected directly to the internet).
