No. Look for clues in the router's System Log.

JFFS has nothing to do with USB. JFFS is the router's internal storage, USB is external storage.

I was just about to report a different USB issue... It seems that the USB2/USB3 selection in the WEBUI is co-joined. So at least according to the router, you can set the USB2 port to USB3 mode - which I don't think you can in reality. Change one and they both change!
