Having a problem with RT-AC68P

The router let's me login using the admin account, but when I try to make any changes it takes me directly to the login page again and doesn't save my changes.
I tried a factory reset, and it started doing the same issue over again.

I have the same problem, using Firefox, Chrome, Safari, and Opera. You probably won't like my solution.

I have a little linux machine that I use very rarely. Consequently, the web browsers on that machine do not have any of my usual customizations or add-ons. The operating system itself is relatively free of customization as well. On this machine, the problem with RT-AC68P does not exist.

I think that the web server included with ASUSWRT is not very robust. I have not been able to narrow down the problem though.

I haven't seen that problem on my RT-AC68P running firmware 380_3831. I use various browsers for both Windows and Mac. The latest Firefox browser seems to work ok. Try flushing your browser cache or changing your browser settings. Your browser might be trying to load old data that no longer applies to the Asus router administration pages.

I do access by IP, I dont have dns server for home.
I have not tried a VM with a fresh CentOS install. That should give me a clean browser.
