Is it possible to give all computers attached to the above referenced router access to an ipv6 6in4 tunnel from HE? I'm having problems getting it to work and I'm wanting to make sure I'm not wasting my time.

Yes been running like that for ages. Make sure you have icmp enabled before registering your ipv4 address at HE. Disable it after.
