Help with Aicloud

I have a ac68u router and love it. I also have a usb 3.0 drive hooked up to the router and use it as a network place and media server.

My problem is with Aicloud. I am able to use my android phone, open up the app and connect to my network place. But if I am NOT on wifi and using 3g the phone cannot seem to find it.

How can I go about accessing my files on 3g?

It happened the same to me, until I've found that the HTTPS port (443) was in conflict with it. Check your AiCloud's port if it's on 443, and change it to 444 for example.
