high cpu usage when copy files

i recognize high cpu usage when i copy files between servers
source server is connected to a lan port with another configured vlan 10 on another bridge
the destination server is connected to vlan 1

when i copy files from another lan port on the router which is connected to vlan 1 i dont have the problems

any other possible configuration to isolate a computer and not have this behaviour,
Probably not, but it depends on what you mean by "isolate a computer". You are transferring data between two computers on different VLANs so they are obviously not isolated.
