I am using a RT-AC66U in repeater mode with a RT-AC3100. I had given it to my son and he recently returned it to me as it was "stuck" in recovery mode. I used the firmware recovery utility to flash Asus firmware version 3.0.0.4.380.7743 and then used the Administration|Firmware Upgrade page in the web GUI to flash Merlin 380.68_2.
After manually setting up the repeater and ntp settings the nvram usage is being reported as 48493/65536 bytes. I am not using a USB stick, download master or any other settings such as VPN, etc. Is this normal?
