How to block access to a list of domains via schedule from Mon-Fri and 8 to 5?

How to block access to a list of domains via cron schedule from Mon-Fri and 8 to 5?
I have an Asus RT-AC86U with Merlin 386.1, Entware running Diversion and Skynet

Currently I do this manually via Firewall UI URL filter, if I could schedule a command to block and unblock a domain list from some txt file,
or even better, using some UI script, that would be great.
