I have a Asus TM-AC1900 and I can't get UPnP to work - it's enabled on the settings page, and the logs don't show any errors. I use some programs (or devices like XBox) that are supposed to open ports but they're not being opened. How can I troubleshoot this?

The router is T-Mobile branded and after the latest firmware, I can't ssh to it any longer.

The router firmware is 3.0.0.4.376_3181-g247286a

Logs info about miniupnpd:

Feb 26 23:44:12 miniupnpd[1184]: version 1.9 started
Feb 26 23:44:12 miniupnpd[1184]: HTTP listening on port 54574
Feb 26 23:44:12 miniupnpd[1184]: Listening for NAT-PMP/PCP traffic on port 5351

Look in system log > port forwarding
Thanks, I wasn't aware of that page.

I was able to flash an old firmware and UPnP is working now. Is there a way to prevent the firmware to be updated? Maybe blocking the update URI on the router? I have ssh access back now as well.

The router will never update without some kind of confirmation from you first.

Just ignore the prompts to update when you are in the router UI.

TM-AC1900 maybe not the some as other ASUS model, this model will force to update at background.
