how to create a HTTPS GET script runs every 15 minutes?

I tried to make a script with wget +cru,but BusyBox wget cant use HTTPS.

/usr/sbin/cru a getHttps " */15 * * * * wget https://google.com"

wget: not an http or ftp url: https://google.com

how do I make it?

installing curl from entware/optware appears to be your best bet

yeah, must be a limitation of busybox version of wget

full version of wget does support https

I agree curl from entware is probably your best bet
