Hi all,
I'm having an odd problem on my network (RT-N56U with latest Padavan firmware) where the whole thing will suddenly stall - Internet access dies and the ability to even get to the router via the local IP is insanely slow. I got through to the router finally tonight while this was happening and saw that there was a flood of upstream data saturating the Wireless LAN and presumably causing the stalling.
Is there any way for me to tell specifically which device it is doing this when it happens? There's a ton of different devices on the network - phones, tablets, laptops, several desktops etc. I'm wondering if something's got a malware or rootkit infection somehow and is doing this.
Thanks!
