I have got 2 usb hdd connected to RT-N66U.
In Windows 7 I can see via samba all shares located in this 2 discs.

Question: how to disable samba sharing for ONE of them only ?

If I go to settings USB App -> Servers Center -> and disable Samba, all my HDD are not visible in W7. I want only to turn off one of them.

Just select all the top-level folders of that disk, and set their sharing to "None".

Can you please give me short hint how to set it ?

Click on the disk, then all folders will be expanded. Set all folders to "No".

You might need to enable "Share with account" for this tho.

This doesn't resolve problem, because after setting "no" folders are still visible in W7 network...Not accesible, but visible.

Just move them all in a sub-folder if you don't want them to be visible at all - if they aren't shared then there's no real reason to have them at the root.

Otherwise, the only solution is to go with a custom firmware, and modify the smb.conf configuration file to manually select what to share.
