How to filter out foreign countries

I have Merlin firmware for my RT-AX88u. I would like to block foreign countries from being able to find and hack my router.
How do i block them? I do have WAN access turned off.

If you have a public IP, you can't block anyone from 'finding' your router. CGNAT may provide some extra security here.
