How to modify or add category to the predefined DNS list?

Devices: TUF-AX5400 / RT-AC66U B1 (AiMesh)
Firmware: 3.0.0.4.386_48664

I have at least 3 pairs different DNS servers I usually use, instead of adding them manually every time I need to change them, I would like to add or modify some of the list that are currently hardcoded...

Current Categories:

Ad block
Family
Fast DNS
Safe
etc..

Is there any way to add like Custom list 1, Custom list 2 or maybe edit the existen list and add mine ? Thanks!
