How to setup Network Service Filter table - HELP

I have the n56u and I can't find any documentation on how to setup rules in the network service filter table.

1) Can I setup a range of address, such as 31.0.0.0/8 or must it be one address at a time?

2) I use wildcards such as * or 192.168.*.*

3) How do I use port ranges? Is 1:65535 correct?

I can't find any how to. I am hoping someone on this forum can help.
