IIRC there are multiple places to enable/disable the IGMP stuff - for Apple devices, disable IMGP Snoop/Proxy in the Wireless (Professional settings), and you should be fine.

Depending on the firmware version and model, there is a place to enable IGMP snooping for the LAN switch (ethernet), and it's safe to enable it there.
