In Entware, why is rc.unslung called from services-start?

I'm saving the files from the devices while I do other tests. This might take some days to complete.
The original logs were not saved.

Visiting this thread much later, and it looks like latest version of Diversion is in fact running unslung from the post-mount.div as opposed to service-start.

Just wanted to add that nugget here for posterity, and if @thelonelycoder has any more info/insight into the change maybe that can be added here too for better understanding.
