Inserting Code blocks

During one of the recent forum upgrades, it seems the editor icon to insert code has been demoted to the overflow menu. Is this configurable? I think users are more likely to post code than a table, IMO. I also miss the inline code option, which can still be typed manually. I'm also glad to be rid of Inline spoiler since it was often used by mistake.

The toolbar items can be chosen by drag and drop.

Admin > Content > BBCode button manager.
