I'm having issue with basic Internet browsing when Ooma VOIP phone is in use.
Router is E4200 with QOS enabled for Ooma set to high.
The network setup is cable modem -> router -> Ooma and Procurve switch.
There are 3 IP cam to Zoneminder. I could not even login to the router except the switch.
Should I reset the QOS to medium instead of high? Broadband connection is 29mbps down/1.3mpbs up.
