Not sure why but am able to identify the parts of the issues.
I have Denon 3808 stereo with vTUNER Internet radio. The 3808 connected via wired to the router.
If I have WINS filled out the Denon won't connect to radio stations.
If I leave WINS blank, which I'm assuming disables WINS in the router, vTuner in the Denon works great.
