IP v6 yea or nay? Should it be on?

Should i turn on IPv6? We turn it off at work and i assumed it will use more cpu on the router if it was on but was wondering what the arguments would be for turn it on or keeping it off? Thoughts?

Right now I have IPv6 enabled. Yesterday I did not. Understanding IPv6 addresses (Global, Link-local, temporary) is the first hurdle in my mind.

I have tried several times to enable IPv6 but my IPS does not want to cooperate. It worked great as long as I was able to run my ISP modem in bridge mode but they stopped that and in turn broke my IPv6.

Been using IPv6 for years on Comcast and ATT workes great. Is it needed probably not but why not.
