iPhone Asus Router App crashes

The iPhone Asus Router App crashes when I try to sign into my router on the Manage tab. This happens on multiple apple devices. Initially I set up my rt-ax86u ( firmware 3.0.0.4.386_45934) with the app but when I changed the password from the initial one the app started crashing. However, I can sign in using a browser on both my iPhone and computer. When I open the app the number 1 in a blue circle appears on the Manage tab. I am waiting for a call back from Asus level 2 support about this problems. I'v deleted and reinstalled the app with no success. Thks for any suggestions,

Thanks Colin, your suggestion fixed it. I enabled "Both".
