IPSec VPN Server w/ Merlin 384.7_2

I have a couple questions on the IPSec VPN Server settings on my router.

Router: Asus RT-AC5300
Firmware: Merlin 384.7_2

These are under the IPSec VPN Server settings:
1. I've noticed the Server IP Address is static and pre-set, can we change this? If so, how?
2. Why can't I change the 4th segment of the Client IP address?

I still haven't got this working either... lol. I might have to try setting up an OpenVPN Server instead... but I'd really like the answers to the questions above.

I went with OpenVPN instead of IPSec. Don't mind this post
