IPv4 & IPv6 Issue

Hello All! Setting up my home network to my office laptop via ethernet, it works which is great but the IPv4 says No Internet Access and the IPv6 says No Network Access....any suggestions?

Click the Details button and ensure you have a valid IP address and DNS server IP address.
