How impotant is the Hostname parameter on https://ipv6-test.com/ ?

It's the only thing preventing 20/20 score.

It suggests a reverse DNS record in order to remedy this, but do I have any control over this or is it all up to my ISP?

I have a pihole? Will it give me what I need if I enable it as a DHCP server?

    Thanks

It's saying that your IPv6 address isn't associated with a public DNS record. So unless you want to buy and register a domain name and setup something like www.LongRangeSkeet.com I'd ignore it.

Would a dynamic dns domain name work?
