If the issue is just with the camera, make sure you configure the IPv6 firewall to allow WAN access to the camera's IPs.

    [B]IPv6 Prefix Length:[/B] 48
   [B] IPv4 Border Router:[/B] The Server IPv4 Address address of your tunnel.
    IPv4 Router Mask Length: 24
   [B] Tunnel MTU:[/B] The default, unless you’ve changed it on the Advanced tab for your tunnel. e.g. on BT Infinity this should be 1472 on both ends.
    Tunnel TTL: 255
    [B]IPv6 DNS Server 1[/B]:  Google: 2001:4860:4860::8888
   [B] Enable Router Advertisement:[/B] Enable

The problem is version RT-N66U_3.0.0.4_374.41_0.trx

with the version 42 with the tunnel 6in4
