Is it possible to TORIFY one WIFI channel and VPN the 2nd?

For instance, 2.4ghz all data will go through TOR, while on the 5GHZ (or LAN) all data will go through the internal VPN. Would it be better to use a 2nd old router with TOR as a discrete AP?

I'm on a 87u but 68u and 86u available.
