Just ran across this link and wondered if it could run on an RMerlin powered router? A contender to Suricata, possibly?

Has anyone used this solution before? I would love some discussion on that too.
 
I wouldn’t personally want a honeypot on my home router, lest it fall to the hackers. And my LAN is too boring to care about internal infiltration. But perhaps for small businesses it’s an intriguing idea. I remember listening to the Thinkst Canary ads on Security Now! when I used to commute or have long plane rides. Those were the days...
