Skynet is urlvir.ipset up to date?

I was trying to access to a public repo whose ip is blocked by urlvir ipset. A search in urlvir.com seems to suggest there is historical records but currently not blocked. I am wondering if this list is updated properly. The source file is dated Dec 2019. The list source URL is not returning anything. From http://iplists.firehol.org/?ipset=urlvir, the last time updated by its mainainers is Dec 2019.

You can exclude the individual list under banmalware menu “[4] --> Exclude Individual Lists”.
