HI all. I’m hoping someone can help me here.
I have Aicloud setup and it used to work without any issues. I was able to access my USB drive using the Aicloud app on my iphone, as well as through the Safari browser through either the wifi or cell network. I was also able to access my USB drive through my desktop computer via the xxxx.asuscomm.com website.
Now, for some odd reason, the AiCloud app on my iphone won’t connect via the cell network, but will connect when I’m on the wifi network (WAN). Also, I’m still able to connect to xxxx.asuscomm.com on my desktop computer, but can’t via the iphone’s Safari web browser.
Anyone have any ideas why? I haven’t changed a thing on my RT-N66U router, so I’m not sure why I’m having these issues.
One more question – when I enable the FTP server, how can I set a password when accessing the USB drive via FTP? Right now, when enabled, anyone can access it as it doesn’t ask for a password.
Thanks for any help you can provide.
