New Around Here
Hi guys.
I have a Netgear WNDR3700 router.
Connected to it are:
Drobo FS NAS via Gigabit ethernet (not USB). (MTU 1500-9000).
2 x iPhone 3GS's via wireless.
XBox via wireless NetGear WNCE2001.
PC via wireless NetGear WNDA3100. No apparent MTU options.
MacBook via wireless which has MTU option of 1500-9000.
I've spent a lot of time trying to get a definitive answer on whether or not to enable Jumbo Frames.
I've read that wireless doesn't support Jumbo Frames but my MacBook has an option to enable them on it's built-in wireless.
I'm using the Drobo to host media (mainly) to the PC & X-Box.
Should I use Jumbo Frames?
Thanx 4 looking.
