I was hoping someone could shed light on my issue.
Issue
====
L2TP VPN will connect from Windows devices which are remote. However, when connecting VIA Iphone 7 on IOS 10 it will fail.
Configuration
Win 2012 R2
RASS setup for L2TP with pre-shared key
Specific VPN account set in windows for logon
Asus RT68U 380.66_4 merlin is Router, Win 2012 R2 server is the L2TP server which is behind the router meaning there is a NAT-T taking place to route the traffic to the server then back to the router to be sent back to the remote connecting device.
I'm not quite sure what is going on. I haven't used my VPN in a while but it all used to work at one point in time.
