Laggy 5ghz band Rt-ax88u

i have my 5ghz channel setup to 48 and everything works fine for like a day then I try my 5ghz wifi again it becomes 0.80mbps then after I restart my router it becomes my full speed of 35mbps is there anyway to fix this? I have the rt-ax88u I tried changing the channel to 44 and other type of stuff.

Click on Wireless then Site Survey tab. You can find a channel with least interference and try again.
