Latest Merlin caused wireless speeds to fluctuate wildly

RT-AC68U was a TM AC1900. On stock tmobile firmware I was getting my full throughput on wifi.

Now I am getting less than half and sometimes kbps in the same room.

Do I need to tweak the router?
