Lost access to modem UI from the browser

Router is RT-AC88U, Firmware Version: 3.0.0.4.386_43129
Modem is Arris SBV 3202, connected to Comcast/Xfinity

I used to be able to access the modem UI (192.168.100.1) without problem. Today I tried and I cannot get it. The tab on the browser shows "Touchstone Status" but that's it. Makes me think something is coming from the modem. The tab indicates it is waiting for something more. Everything else about my network is just fine.

I don't recall any changes made to the router configuration lately. But of course, there are Windows updates, Firefox updates, etc. I've read various things on the web about this issue, but have not been able to discern how I can actually make a change to something to make it work.

Any suggestions?
